Mountain Granny's Surgery Alternatives Naturally Healing Joints and Nerves

Naturally Healing Joints and Nerves

This article is to detail how I healed my lower back from ankylosing spondylitis, spinal stenosis, and degenerative joint and disc disease, which the doctors said only surgery would help and if I did not have it, I would become paralyzed from waist down. That was in 2007.

Sciatic nerveDecember 2007, before I learned what I know now, I had surgery on my cervical spine where they fused C-5 and C-6 together with bone from a cadaver and put a titanium plate in to hold the vertebrae apart. I was told if I did not have that surgery “now” my upper body would become paralyzed; so of course I had the surgery!

A few months later I was told to have the surgery on my lower back as I had vertebrae on top of vertebrae, L1 through S1, which were causing compression of nerves and cutting off circulation to my legs, especially my left leg. I had to use a cane for walking as I could not feel my left leg. Not wanting anymore surgeries, I researched alternatives and set out to heal my joints naturally. Per the advise of my pain management doctor, who was also a chiropractor, I bought and used an inversion table. I also drank over a gallon of water per day, exercised as I could, and got at least 15 minutes of direct sunlight per day, as I could, so my body could make Vitamin D (which is not an actual vitamin but a hormone the body needs for many things). I had already changed to a vegan diet a year before and got off most of the pharmaceutical drugs, of which I was totally off of all in 2008, in order to cure my stage 4 bone marrow cancer, which helped with the spinal healing as well.

The numbness was gone in one month and the next MRI they took, 6 months later showed the vertebrae back to normal. The next EMG, nerve conduction test, done one year later, showed NO nerve damage; damage that the doctors said would never heal. inversion table

Do NOT let anyone, even a doctor, tell you that you cannot heal from anything, as it is NOT true!

no, this is not my pathThere are NO incurable dis-eases.

You do have to make the necessary changes however in order to heal and stay healthy.

Have a blessed day!
